July/August Session

The Fitness Class That Embraces The Feminine.  "Sensuous Expressions" classes combine the fitness of Pole Dancing with the added strengthening of Sensuous Movement.  FITNESS made FUN!!
The Difference:
Feminine expression takes you away from the typical masculine fitness programs and adds additional isometric and isolation movement to increase body strength and toning while touching the very essence of a woman's spirit to enhance poise, self confidence and empowerment.

Our Studio is Private, Safe and Comfortable with a Bio-cushion Aerobics Wood Floor with 18' high grade poles.  Large studio with lots of room, a lot of time on the pole.!!!!.

All "Check it Outs" need to be RSVP'd - Cost is $20.00 per person.
Please, be sure you are coming - we cut off the allowed amount and if you don't come then someone else would loose out.

Be advised that first come - first serve for the Level 1 classes.

Registration and payment must be made to join your class.
 Payments for tough budgets can be paid for in two increments with a signed Promissory Note, a valid credit card and full payment of $160.00. 
Privates are $95.00 for a full hour.  No refunds if canceled within 24hours.
  A one-time $15.00 registration fee is added for new students.
Use a credit card to save your space and replace it with a check by the first night of class for your convenience and to save the 3% charge for CC.
Make-up classes - don't worry about holiday travel or illness or other issues - make-up classes are available to all students.
Parties
Yes, plan a party for your friends, co-workers, social group or as a Bachlorette Party for the Bride.  These are so much fun and can be done with a Pole workshop, Lap Dance or Chair dance.  If you have a theme we can dress the Bride up or work with any theme to make it more fun.  Contact us for prices and details.  What Fun!!!!
