I understand that tuition fees for all classes at “Dance With Me” Ballroom Dance Studio, hereafter known as the Studio, are not refundable. All group classes and privates must be taken within three months of their purchase. A credit can be given for future classes to anyone with debilitating injury but only to the injured party. I promise to pay the full amount due for any class that I register for and I will pay the additional late fee of $10.00 for any payment made after the 1st week of class. I also agree that I will participate in classes and functions sponsored by “Dance With Me!” Ballroom Dance Studio at my sole risk and that the Studio shall not be liable for any injuries or any damage to me or any guest or the property or any student or guest, or be subject to any claims, demands, action, causes of action, or damages whatsoever, I, for myself and on behalf of executors, administrators, heirs, assigns, and successors, hereby expressly forever release and discharge the Studio, its owners, employees, agents, assigns and successors from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action. The Studio shall not be responsible or liable to guests, or me for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about the Studio, including but not limited to cars and the contents thereof. No refunds or lessons will be given after that time.
