routines for cardio. This class is fun and really helps all your
dancing by giving you the ability to add the emotional expression of
grace and latin

"Check It Out" Workshop on Wed. Sept. 8th. at 7:15PM to see if you like
it. Cost - $20.00
Remember
– if
you
have done Beginners and are moving on to an Upper Level Class – you can
come in and take any Lower Level Class in that dance for free to get
practice and review. Also, if you are taking two classes in the
same session you can do the second class for a reduced rate. This
doesn't
apply to other discounted classes, and a third class is full price

is designed specifically for this type of song. Romantic and
professional - the Slow Dance program has Dips, Cuddles, Underarm turns
and and romantic Lay-Backs - there is no modifiying a Foxtrot here -
this is truly professionally specific for the modern Bride and
Groom.
